Rockaway Social Day has something exciting going on every day. We firmly believe in providing activities that exercise both the body and mind and have a unique mix activities that will satisfy anyone's interests. Included in our regular physical activities are: senior-friendly Yoga, senior-friendly Zumba, chair aerobics and a walking club. We also have a rotation of different games that our guests regularly play. Some of these games include: Bingo, charades, table tennis, and more.

We also have a beautiful fully stocked library/quiet room setting that is ideal for reading the daily newspaper or just enjoying a comfy chair. Even more beautiful than our library is the gorgeous artwork that or visitors have crafted at the day program. These craftworks are proudly and prominently displayed right near the front door so it is the first and last thing that the participants can see when they come and leave every day.
