From the initial point of contact, we are committed to making your visits as professional, caring and positive as possible. At Rockaway Social Day, the pursuit of excellence is our highest priority. We continuously conduct evaluations of service, provide training to staff members and strive to provide our patients with the quality of care they deserve and need. Every staff member of our agency undergoes complete and comprehensive pre-employment screenings which includes verification of identification and professional references, and a full physical examination. All administrative and care givers are required take an annual emergency preparedness courses to ensure that they are fully prepared to assist Rockaway Social Day visitors in the event of emergencies and disasters. With their infectious personalities, and training as home health aides, the staff at Rockaway Social Day is uniquely qualified to assist our patients during their entire visit with whatever they may need. |
